Right Arm Development Builds Video Player for IQM2

Redmond, Washington - May 3, 2010 - Right Arm Development Corporation has
been selected by IQM2 (http://www.iqm2.com) to
build their next generation video player for their robust web application suite.
Right Arm Development Corporation in partnership with IQM2 was tasked with introducing
Silverlight technology into IQM2’s product offering. Right Arm Development Corporation
was tasked with producing a more up to date an innovative way to deliver custom
video to IQM2’s customers.
IQM2’s core products contain media heavy requirements as they deliver historical
and catalogued media elements combined with meta data and documentation over the
Internet. The media player IQM2 required had to be customized for branding as well
as functionality.
Significant modification were made to the progress bar on the player itself, the
ability to display IQM2’s Custom logo, the ability show closed-caption videos, capabilities
to jump to time indexes via JavaScript and read time index, and support for the
MMS protocol (RTSP) and Audio only (WMA, MP3).
Right Arm Development is a member of the Microsoft Partner Network at http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/partners/. IQM2 discovered Right Arm
Development through use of this Silverlight Partner Inquiry site; the result delivered
to IQM2 by Right Arm Development was a custom Silverlight media player with the
needed requirements, accessible by both .NET and JavaScript. The product was delivered
with full source code well under budget and on time. "In Right Arm Development’s
desire to provide great service we added in a couple of features that were not initially
within scope at no extra cost or delay," says Bob Neumiller, Principle at Right
